BEFORE YOU NOMINATE

• Any person or organisation may nominate.
• Please read the Selection Criteria thoroughly and ensure that your nominee meets all requirements.
• Ensure that your nominee is not already inducted into the Hall of Fame. To check if your nominee is already nominated, but not inducted, please contact the SAHOF office - once a person is nominated, they do not need to be re-nominated.
• Please ensure you select the correct form for your nomination. There are specific nomination forms for: basketball, cricket, football codes (australian rules, rugby union, rugby league, soccer), horse racing, and tennis. For all other sports, please use either the Olympic Sports form or the Other Sports form (detailed below). General Members have a separate nomination form.

• Please use the relevant boxes in the form to provide as much information as possible. Forms can be filled in online, but must be printed andposted. All sections MUST be completed and detailed citations will assist greatly with the selection process. The office will be unable to process nominations that have inadequate information.
• Members selected will be notified and invited to accept Membership. Nominators of successful nominees will also be notified.
