The Sport Australia Hall of Fame recognises the importance of acknowledging and celebrating Australia's sporting moments and in 2007 introduced the 'Hall of Fame Moments'.

The 2008 'enshrined' moment was Damian Oliver's tribute to his brother on winning the 2002 Melbourne Cup on Media Puzzle. More
